Professor Bonnie Mallard, PhD

Professor of Immunology and Immunogenetics in the Department of Pathobiology, University of Guelph. Dr. Mallard’s research program focusses on genetic regulation of the immune system in mammals and its impact on disease resistance.  She is also interested in the impact of immunoceuticals on the immune system, including the role of Vitamin D.  She is winner of numerous awards, including the prestigious Governor General’s Award for Innovation and the NSERC Synergy Prize for her work in immunogenetics.

Dr Phil Oldfield, DPhil

Dr. Oldfield has over 30 years of post-graduation pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industrial research experience, specializing in specializing in ligand binding and hybridization assay techniques, and clinical immunology. He has worked as an independent Scientific/Regulatory Consultant, both writing and reviewing technical reports, clinical protocols, and NDA submissions as well as giving presentations at numerous major scientific conferences related to therapeutics, clinical immunology and prion disease.

Dr Mel Litman, MD

Dr. Litman is a graduate of the University of Toronto Medical School, who currently practices Orthomolecular Medicine in Israel.  Orthomolecular Medicine is based on a deep understanding of the biochemistry of the human body, as confirmed by scientific research. As a result, this medical approach is not only very effective, but also extremely safe as it relies primarily on natural substances to promote healing. At his clinic Tel Aviv they have been helping patients with autoimmune disease, mental health, hormone imbalance, and cancer.

Dr Wendi Roscoe, PhD

PhD in Human Physiology, Honours Degree in Genetics, Certified Holistic Nutritionist. Dr Roscoe is passionate about feeling great — both mentally and physically — and understanding how the brain and body work together at their best. She has spent her life studying what fuels energy, focus, vitality, and long-term health, and she loves helping others achieve that same sense of well-being.

Professor Niel Karrow, PhD

Professor of Immunology and Immunotoxicology, Department of Animal BioScience, University of Guelph. Dr. Karrow’s research interests focus on innate immunoregulation, immunotoxicology and immunogenetics. This includes identifying genetic markers associated with inflammatory diseases, assessing the effects of maternal inflammatory stress on the developing fetal neuroendocrine-immune system, assessing efficacy of immunoceuticals, and characterizing the immunotoxicity of microbial toxins.
